Lex Victor: I hope
you enjoyed the little commercial break. Anyway, tonight still promises to be action packed as our next match is
going to be something! Assassin is taking on the Irish Devil!
Knee Johnson: Hooray
for Ireland! And if you don't agree, you can just shove a shamrock right up your...
Lex Victor: Cool
it, Knee. This is no time for that kind of thing.
Frenchie Parker: Well, Lex, I don't know about you but I really don't mind it.
Lex Victor: You
guys should really think of taking this a lot more seriously. I mean this was the lowest rated show last week.
Frenchie Parker: It's your fault, Lex. Anyway, I think our next match is getting ready to start.
::The camera changes to a view of the
walkway.::
{Walkway}
Ring Announcer: The following contest is scheduled for one fall! Introducing first, from Dublin, Ireland. Standing
at six feet five inches. Weighing two-hundred seventy-five pounds... Irish Devil!
The large, muscular Irish Devil walks
to the ring with a lot of loud booing. The interesting thing about him is the green Zorro style mask he wears.
He seems to be totally drunk and it is hard to imagine this man as a former CNWF Television Champion. He finally
gets into the ring.
{Commentary}
Lex Victor: Don't
let this drunken man fool you. He is actually very skilled at technical maneuvers.
Knee Johnson: He won't
fool me, Lex. Me and Irish Devil happen to be drinkin' buddies! Man can that man drink! He is the only man I can
say has been a challenge for good ol' HBK himself. I am the Human Beer Keg, and that's all there is to it!
Lex Victor: You
just reminded me of the horrible Cinco de Mayo show we had. Oh, that was horrible.
Knee Johnson: You
just wish you would have brought a keg of beer yourself! Jealousy has set in!
Lex Victor: Actually,
no Knee. You have and always will be an embarassment to the CNWF². I really don't know why I even bothered
to sign you back!
Knee Johnson: Ratings,
Lex! I am the only guy whose name would really get the fans going! The rest of your guys real names were nothing
like the ones they were known by. You had Phony S(CENSORED)tvani, DUTHTIE RHODETH, and others who just couldn't
keep their old names. Even Frenchie isn't allowed to dress up like he used to!
Lex Victor: Thank
God for that!
{Walkway}
Ring Announcer: And his opponent! Hailing from Hayward, California! Standing at six feet eight inches. Weighing three-hundred
thirty pounds... Assassin!
The crowd cheers very loudly as Assassin
steps out. He seems to be quite a wrecking machine as muscular as he is and his massive height. His cape whips
around as the fans cheer loudly for him. He steps in the ring looking down at Irish Devil with a very concentrated
look on his face as he takes off his cape. He takes his cape off in a way in which he never stops looking at him.
The referee takes the cape and gives it to a ringside official.
{Commentary}
Knee Johnson: That
Assassin sure don't look like he is takin' any chances with that Irish Devil! That makes me proud to be such good
friends with the man, ya know, Lex?
Lex Victor: Knee,
you are an idiot. I mean Assassin never takes any of his opponents lightly and it doesn't matter who it is. He
could be fighting... hmm... Frenchie Parker and he wouldn't care! He would still train hard!
Frenchie Parker: It's kind of funny you should say that, Lex. I happen to be one of the best wrestlers this federation
has ever seen.
Lex Victor: Well,
how come you never won a match?
Frenchie Parker: Oh, the guys I fought always overpowered me! They were all so mean!
Lex Victor: You
are six foot two and two-hundred and thirty-two pounds! You are the perfect weight and height for a technical wrestler.
That is no excuse Frenchie. Just face the fact that you sucked!
Frenchie Parker: Alright. Fine, Lex! But you just watch that Irish Devil guy. That is just how I fight!
Lex Victor: Whatever,
Parker.

{Match}
Irish Devil and Assassin lock up as
soon as the bell rings. They stay grappled for a while until Irish Devil takes Assassin down by thrusting him to
the mat with one leg in front of his legs. He then puts Assassin in a full nelson while he is on the ground. Assassin
can't seem to get out of it for now.
{Commentary}
Frenchie Parker: That is exactly what I would do, Lex!
Knee Johnson: Yeah,
Lex!
Lex Victor: Well,
I have to admit he got him... nope! Assassin is now trying to power his way out of the Full Nelson and it looks
like it's working!
Frenchie Parker: He'll never get out of it!
Lex Victor: He's
out! Oh! Assassin just elbowed the Irish Devil right in the jaw! How do ya like that, Parker?
Frenchie Parker: That's only one move, Lex!
Knee Johnson: Yeah!
That's only one move, Lex!
Lex Victor: Will
you speak for yourself sometime, Knee?
Knee Johnson: I
am just speaking out for my buddy because you are eating him alive! I am just doing my part as every good commentator
should.
Frenchie Parker: Yeah, Lex! He's just protecting his friend, so shut up!
Lex Victor: Whatever,
guys.
{Match}
Assassin and Irish Devil are once again
locked up, but this time Assassin knees Irish Devil in his stomach, then clotheslines him down to the mat. While
Devil is down, he executes an elbow drop, but Irish Devil moves out of the way just in time. However, while Irish
Devil is deciding what to do, Assassin kicks him hard in the gut while he is still down, then he gets back up to
his feet. While he is standing he executes a roundhouse kick which connects right with his face and Irish Devil
is down. He goes for the cover but only gets a one count as Irish Devil kicks out quick.
{Commentary}
Frenchie Parker: This is getting good, Lex! Irish Devil is still kicking!
Lex Victor: It's
only the beginning of the match, Parker. Nothing to really get excited about.
Knee Johnson: You
don't know that, Lex! A CNWF² match could really end at any time! This match is just about over!
Lex Victor: Oooh!
Devil just caught a knee lift to the gut as he came off the ropes that time! Assassin is going for the cover...
and it's a one count. You know, guys, I don't think Irish Devil was up for this match tonight.
Frenchie Parker: He's doing great. Just give him some more time, alright?
Lex Victor: Whatever
you say, Parker.
{Match}
Assassin now picks up Irish Devil back
off the ground and delivers one heck of a snap suplex. Assassin sits on the canvas for a while while the crowd
cheers, then goes back over to Irish Devil. He picks him up off the mat then gets ready to set him up for something
else. He now lifts Irish Devil high into the air over his head in a gorilla press and the crowd is screaming! They
can't believe the display of strength they are seeing right before their eyes!
{Commentary}
Lex Victor: How's
that, Frenchie? Assassin just picked up Irish Devil like he was a rag doll! The guy weighs two-hundred and seventy-five
pounds! This guy is strong!
Knee Johnson: Lex,
don't forget that Irish Devil is giving up about fifty-five pounds to Assassin! It's unfair, Lex. All Assassin
has to do to pick up that kind of weight is wake up in the morning. That really isn't tough for him.
Lex Victor: I
know you know what it's like to pick up three-hundred and thirty pounds every morning so I guess I can trust your
judgement.
Knee Johnson: Why
thanks, Lex... wait a second! You jerk!
Lex Victor: I
forgot. You weigh more like three-hundred and thiry four pounds. Sorry for the misrepresentation.
Knee Johnson: I...
hate you Lex! I just hate you!
Frenchie Parker: Did someone say anything to me?
{Match}
Assassin now throws Irish Devil over
the top rope and he hits the matting around the ring very hard. It doesn't appear that he is moving much after
he hits... no. He turns over and is reeling on the ground. Assassin goes out to the apron and leaps off with an
elbow drop right on him and he hits him hard once again. The crowd is cheering loudly as Irish Devil continues
to be punished. Assassin decides to pick up Irish Devil once again with that gorilla press, but this time he throws
him back in the ring over the top rope.
{Commentary}
Lex Victor: I
am getting the feeling that this match is over, guys! I don't think Irish Devil can hold up any longer.
Frenchie Parker: This just sucks, Lex, you know? I mean it sucks! Irish Devil really should have done
better but you put him up against a way oversized opponent. That was so unfair!
Lex Victor: Smaller
guys can beat bigger guys, you know.
Frenchie Parker: So, when was the last time a smaller guy beat a bigger guy, Lex?
Lex Victor: On
Friday Ride last week. "Hip Hop" Paul Pickney beat the much bigger Orpheus 1. So there.
Frenchie Parker: Fine, Lex.
{Match}
Assassin walks over to Irish Devil and
sees him laying on the ground. He picks him back up off the ground and waits a little. Irish Devil looks as if
he is about to punch Assassin in the face, but with a lightning quick move, Assassin grabs Irish Devil by the neck.
The fans are really cheering now!
{Commentary}
Knee Johnson: Oh
no!
Lex Victor: He's
going up for the Super Slam! Look how easily he just lifted him off the ground! He's holding him up for a while...
and he comes down hard!
Frenchie Parker: Nooo!
Lex Victor: He's
going for the pin! One! Two! Three! He got him!
{Match}
Ring Announcer: And here is your winner... Assassin!
The crowd cheers really loudly as the
referee holds Assassin's arm up and declares him the winner. He walks back to the locker rooms and Irish Devil
doesn't get up for a bit. When he finally does, he goes also.

Frenchie Parker: Oh well. Ya win some, and then ya lose some.
Knee Johnson: I get
the feeling you don't really care, Frenchie.
Frenchie Parker: I didn't even lose the match.
Lex Victor: Well,
that's fine. Anyway, we have a "Dimensional Portal" match up now. This really is one of the greatest
matches of all time. This is Assassin fighting the Evil Lord Pelius! In this match, both guys really gave it their
all. Assassin showed that he can do moves you would think a man of his size just couldn't do. Remember this was
Assassins debut match in CNWF and they have never had a rematch of this. When it does happen, that sure will be
something!
Frenchie Parker: This is really cool, Lex! We get to see that Evil guy kicking that guy's butt!
Knee Johnson: Yeah,
Parker! This is great!
Lex Victor: Let's
just get the tape rolling.

CNWF- Thursday Night Thrash
Thursday, March 21, 1997
_____________________________________________________________________
Knee Marshal: That sure was nice of Desperado and his bunch! Helping out an enemy of theirs!
Lex Victor:
Knee Marshal: Well, that Holly guy still hasn't been anywhere to
be found! I think that is a big minus to them!
Lex Victor: What the heck are you talking about? Holly is a WWF reject! How could he possibly
help! Well, enough of that! I hear the Imperial Death March beginning, and that can mean only one thing!
Knee Marshal: Lord Vader is here?
Lex Victor: Nope! The Evil Lord Pelius is in the building with Dark Athena! This is going to
be some match!
Evil Lord Pelius vs The Assasain
(non-title match)
It is interesting seeing someone as
intimidating as Evil Lord Pelius being towered over in the ring! But that's how it was for this match! Assasin,
at 6'-8", towered over 6'-4" Pelius and he was about as massive at 330 lbs. The match started off with
a grapple which Pelius took control of with ease. He drove Assassin down to the mat face first with an arm bar,
getting to work on that arm early to put on his finisher. He kept applying more and more pressure,but he finally
decided to let go.
As Assassin got up, Pelius ran
at him and hit him with a shoulder block on the arm he had just been working on! He then gave the Asasin and Irish
whip into a turnbuckle which he hit with that shoulder again! Pelius definitely had a stradegy for this match.
Now, Pelius bounced him off the ropes, but as the Assasin came back, he knocked Pelius back a couple of steps with
a good shoulder block of his own! It sure was disorienting to see the smaller man be able to hold up so well to
so much momentum! Assassin even looked surprised!
_____________________________________________________________________
{Commentary}
Knee Johnson: That was stupid! Assassin
should have gotten flattened!
Lex Victor: This was back when he was
in the PC.
Frenchie Parker: Yeah! Get with the program,
Knee!
Knee Johnson: I don't care. I hate him
now.
_____________________________________________________________________
{Match}
Assassin then came back at Pelius
with a clothesline, but he grabbed it and leapt in the air and drove Assassin face first into the mat, with his
shoulder hitting about as hard! He really applied a lot of pressure to the arm when he was holding him and you
can see that Assassin is in a lot of pain! But the Assassin is so powerful he starts to get back up! Finally, Pelius
has to break the hold and they get into an old fashioned brawl in the middle of the ring! The Assassin is actually
backin Pelius to the ropes! Well, when they finally get there, Assassin somehow catches him off guard and clotheslines
him over the top rope! Pelius is kind of dazed outside the ring, but the Assassin now decides to show off some
of his dare-devil tactics as he flies over the top rope with a cross body block! He crashes hard into Lord Pelius,
but what the heck? HE CAUGHT 6'-8", 330 lbs IN MID AIR! Now he throws him over himself ala Scott Hall! However,
that really took it's toll on Pelius, and he is outside the ring trying to recover.
_____________________________________________________________________
{Commentary}
Lex Victor: Now that was awesome!
Knee Johnson: Go get him, champ! Beat
his ass in!
Lex Victor: That wasn't the point, but
we'll continue.
_____________________________________________________________________
{Match}
Assassin recovers after a little
and crawls back to the apron and crawls into the ring. Dark Athena is outside tending to Pelius trying to get him
to get up. Pelius finally gets back up and gets back into the ring. As Pelius is getting back in, Asassin surprises
him with a belly to belly suplex to bring him in the hard way! He immediately goes for the pin. 1..2..and a kickout
with authority! Pelius looks mad now! He really begins to pummel Assassin! After he is through with his barrage
of lefts, rights, and even a few clotheslines, he goes for a back suplex to finally bring him down! He's now turning
the Assassin over! He's locking in the Final Submision!
Wait! They PsYcho Connection
is coming down the aisle! Bludd Demon is the first in the ring and he breaks the hold by hitting Pelius with a
hard right hand across the back, whoever, he is met with a crushing blow to the gut which sends him down to the
ground in a heap! That was a 6'-10" guy! Some other members come in to try to beat up Pelius, but none of
them can do a darn thing to him! Finally, he gets through the mess, and he gets out of there with Dark Athena.
Assassin finally gets up and he has a kind of blank look on his face. All the PsYcho Connection members leave together
with Assassin.

{Commentary}
Lex Victor: Well,
we hope you enjoyed that match. That should give you an idea just what Assassin can do in the ring. He is a lot
better these days. Also, I don't think his match with Irish Devil really took too much out of him, but I think
it was really more of a warm up for him. Well, we have to go to a commercial break now, so stay with us! Next up
is that tremendous Battle Royal and I think it will take up the better part of the second hour, so be sure to stay
tuned!
